Travelling Information
Murcia is located in the Southeast of Spain and it is surrounded by a fertile area near the Mediterranean Sea. From San Javier Airport to Murcia:
- There is no direct bus service from the airport to Murcia.
- There is a bus line to Santiago de la Ribera (about 3 km away from the airport) but departures are only twice a day. See timetables at the airport web page.
- From Santiago de la Ribera you can take Latbus line 70 to Murcia bus station.
- You may also want to take a taxi to San Javier (same distance as to Santiago de la Ribera) and take Latbus line 70 to Murcia there (the bus trip from San Javier to Murcia will take you around 50 minutes).

From Alicante Airport (El Altet) to Murcia:
There are buses from El Altet-Airport to Murcia every two hours from 7:15 to 21:15 (Monday to Fridays) and from 9:15 to 21:15 on weekends, with an extra bus at 20:15. The trip takes around 55 minutes and costs 4.79 euros. More information at Alsa webpage.
