Inscription

No registration will be accepted without payment. All payments will be made in €, payable to PROMO SCIENCES.

L'inscription doit être accompagnée du règlement correspondant. Tous les paiements seront faits en Euros, à l'ordre de Promo Sciences

• Member registration fees include the participation at the congress, the City tour, 2 lunches (Monday & Tuesday), cocktail and dinner

• Non Member registration fees include the participation at the congress, the City tour, lunch (Tuesday), cocktail and dinner

• The Accompanying person fees include the City Tour, cocktail and dinner.

• Tarif Membre : comprend la participation au congrès, la Visite de la Ville, 2 déjeuners (Lundi et Mardi), le cocktail dinatoire (Lundi) et le Diner (Mardi)

• Tarif non-Membre : comprend la participation au congrès, la Visite de la Ville, 1 déjeuner (Mardi), le cocktail dinatoire (Lundi) et le Diner (Mardi)

• Tarif Accompagnant : comprend la Visite de la Ville, le cocktail dinatoire (Lundi) et le Diner de gala (Mardi)

Hébergement

The deadline for the hotel reservation is May 15th, 2005. After this date, the availability of rooms is no longer guaranteed.
No reservation will be made if payment (1 night of deposit) is not enclosed.
All the selected hotels are within 10 min walking distance from the conference site. The rooms will be attributed on a first come first served basis. Please, note that if there are no more rooms in the chosen hotel category, PROMO SCIENCES will suggest another category of hotel and/or price, depending on the availability

Les chambres sont garanties jusqu'au 15 mai 2005. Les réservations doivent être accompagnées du règlement d'une nuit d'arrhes.
Les hôtels sélectionnés se trouvent à une distance maximale de 15 mn à pied. Les chambres seront attribuées au fur et à mesure des réservations, dans la limite des disponibilités.

Cancellation

Annulation

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to PROMO SCIENCES. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until May 15th, 2005, up to which date, the fee, less a contribution of 100 € will be refunded. No refund can be made after May 15th, 2005.

Un remboursement partiel (moins une retenue de 100 euros pour frais de dossier) pourra être effectué si les demandes d'annulation nous parviennent par écrit avant le 15 Mai 2005. Après cette date, aucun remboursement ne sera possible.
