	Full accommodation fees * : Package of 4 nights in a single* occupancy*	360 € (90 € per day)
	Student accommodation fees ** : Package of 4 nights in a double* occupancy*	free of charge
	* Regular participants only. The Full accommodation fee includes nights accommodation at IGESA Campus, taxes, breakfast and meals on the campus ** Student participants only. The Student accommodation fee includes nights accommodation at IGESA Campus (in a double occupancy room), taxes, breakfast and meals on the campus.

MEALS For people who didn't choose to be accommodated at IGESA Campus, we strongly recommand to order a package for all the meals (including French wine testing, evening buffet and banquet)

PAYMENTS *
- Registration is considered complete only if payment is received. Payment must be in Euros.
- All charges due to bank transfer or payment by cheque have to be paid by the participant
- Please note that payment at the workshop site is not accepted
- Cheque must be made in Euros to the order of CEMAGREF

REGISTRATION FEES :
	• Prices are all taxes included.
	• The registration fees (Regular and Student) includes attendance, welcoming reception on Sunday, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, internet access, a set of proceedings and the conference kit.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDING
Registration fees
	Cancellations and Refund requests, received in writing by April 22nd, 2011 will be subject to a € 100 administrative processing fee. Please note that all refunds will be made after the Workshop No refunds are available after April 23rd, 2011.
Accommodation fees
	In case of cancellation request, received in writing by April 22nd, 2011, your accommodation fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (10%). Please note that all refunds will be made after the Workshop No refunds are available after April 23rd, 2011.
